These terms apply to purchases on kitandpost.com ("Kit & Post", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we sell

Digital collections of short vertical video clips ("kits") for use on social media. Delivery is a link to a cloud folder (for example Google Drive) shown after payment and sent by email. Nothing is shipped physically.

2. Licence

You may download the files and use the clips on your own social media accounts and pages, including monetised pages, and edit them with your own captions, text and music. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or upload the raw files or the download links to marketplaces, file-sharing sites or other people. See our Licence page for details.

3. Third-party content

Our kits are curated collections. Some clips may be created by third parties who keep their own rights. If you are a rights holder and want content removed, email us and we will act promptly.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. Automatic discounts, such as the kit-pair discount, are applied at checkout.

5. Delivery

Access is delivered immediately after successful payment. If something goes wrong, see our Refund policy.

6. No guarantees of results

We do not promise views, followers, sales or income. Results depend on your content, niche and consistency.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
