Delivery and access
All products are digital. There is no physical shipping.
- Your download link appears on the thank-you page immediately after payment and is also emailed to you.
- Open the link on your phone or computer and download the clips to your device.
- If Google Drive asks you to request access, or the link does not open, email kitandpost@gmail.com with your order number. We fix it within 2 business days, usually sooner.
- Keep your order email: you can come back to the same link and download again at any time.
